Crepes are really as easy as it gets for a Saturday morning...
Just a handful of ingredient in the blender and a good non-stick skillet is all you need. A small portion of batter swirled around in the pan, leave it to brown, then flip, up in the air if you can because your kids will think you’re a hero. Level-up with Nutella and bananas or take a page out of my book and drizzle with a little honey. Either way, all will be happy 😃
Easy to Make Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups milk 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 4 large eggs 1 tbsp sugar ½ tsp kosher salt 4 tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Rest 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot. Spray with non-stick spray or rub a small amount of cooking oil to coat. Portion a small amount of batter into hot pan and swirl around to cover the bottom. The coating should be very thin. Cook until the top of crepe has begun to set, and the underside is browned. If the crepe is not fully set, it will be difficult to release it from the pan. Carefully flip with a rubber spatula or plastic turner. Brown on the alternative side. Turn finished crepe onto a plate and fill with any ingredients you wish such as Nutella, bananas, strawberries or honey. Roll or fold and serve right away. Repeat process for additional crepes.
